Münster’s Graduate Program on Cell Dynamics and Disease (CEDAD) offers cutting edge science together with the newly founded International Max Planck Research School – Molecular Biomedicine (IMPRS-MBM). CEDAD and IMPRS-MBM – jointly run by the University of Münster and the Max Planck Institute for Molecular Biomedicine – offer integrative approaches to biomedical research with a strong emphasis on imaging.

The 3-year PhD projects range from studying molecular mechanisms of basic cellular processes to the analysis of the molecular basis of inflammatory and vascular diseases. We offer outstanding research in high-profile laboratories as well as excellent scientific and “soft-skill” training aimed to strengthen the PhD students’ competences for their future careers. Students will receive a tax-free fellowship of 1365-1400 € per month. Support with visas, accommodation and administrative matters is also provided. Application deadline: 20th May 2010.
